Jessica has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a minor in Finance, from the University of Colorado. She’s a seasoned businesswoman who knows how to listen, problem solve and delivery results. She brings a blend of strategic thinking, genuine care, and sharp communication to every conversation.

Outside of the office Jessica is a proud Carmel resident, mom of two amazing kids, an avid marathon runner and a big believer in baking therapy. She also believes in walking the talk- she and all her family have life insurance, 529 college plans, and IRA’s and annuities for themselves. At Connally Insurance she’s focused on building relationship that last and making sure every client feels empowered, protected and heard.

Jeremy Connally is the steady hand and financial brain behind Connally Insurance Agency. A Certified Financial Planner and insurance expert, he brings more than two decades of experience helping families, individuals, and business owners protect what matters and plan for what’s ahead.

A proud graduate of Cal Poly and former All-American swimmer, Jeremy's competitive spirit now shows up in his drive to find smart, tailored, solutions for every client. He specializes in life insurance and planning- whether that’s helping a young couple secure protection for their future, helping business owners maximize their retirement, or showing parents how to start saving early for their kids.

Jeremy balances deep expertise with a calm, approachable presence. He stays current on the evolving insurance landscape in California, especially when it comes to complex issues like wildfire coverage and long-term security.

Outside the office Jeremy teaches kids’ jiu-jitsu classes (he’s a proud purple belt) and coaches youth soccer for Surf Soccer Club. He and Jessica- his wife and business partner- live by what they teach, with life insurance policies, retirement plans, and savings strategies in place for their own family. Together they’re building a business rooted in trust, protection, and long-term peace of mind.

Sudha brings over 35 years of deep industry expertise to our team. Born in Africa, raised in England and a proud Californian since the age of 16, Sudha is as experienced as she is world traveled. Her sharp mind, warm personality, and genuine passion for helping others make her a client favorite. Sudha is a natural problem-solver who’s committed to finding smart, personalized protection and retirement solutions for every individual and family she serves. Whether she’s diving into a complex policy or connecting over a shared love of books and fitness, Sudha brings energy, kindness and unwavering dedication to every interaction.

A lifelong resident of the Monterey Peninsula, Rabecca brings over 20 years of insurance experience and a deep understanding of the community she serves. She spent 9 years working for the district office and the last 11 years on the agency side, where she’s become a go-to expert in personal insurance- especially homeowners, builders risk, high value properties and life insurance.

Rabecca has a true talent for simplifying the insurance process, particularly for clients purchasing new homes. She’s passionate about helping people understand the value of solid coverage and guiding them toward smart, long-term decisions. She has a sharp eye for detail, keeps everything meticulously organized, and brings a clarity to conversations even uncovering opportunities most people would overlook.

She holds an AA in Business Administration and Accounting and is a graduate of the Farmers Consultative Sales class. Quietly witty, intuitive, and always the trivia night champ, Rabecca brings brains, balance, and a steady presence to our office and to her clients.

Monica has called Monterey home since 1987 and has been serving her community in the insurance industry since 1999. Over the years she has worked as a broker, and with both Allstate and Farmers, building a strong foundation in personal lines insurance. She’s also a proud bilingual advisor, fluent in Spanish and English, helping clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

A Platinum Producer and known for her hardworking, reliable, and fiery spirit, Monica is passionate about helping people protect what matters most. She takes great pride in her heritage as a first generation Mexican-American and in the achievements of her family- including her two daughters who earned university degrees, and her four beautiful grandbabies who keep her calendar full with cheer competitions and cuddles.

With decades of experience and a heart for service, Monica is a trusted advisor and a vibrant part of the Connally Insurance Team.

After nearly two decades in the grocery industry as a bookkeeper, safety coordinator and district trainer, Natasia made a bold career move- and she hasn’t looked back. Now based in Monterey and thriving in her new role in insurance, she brings a deep love for helping people and a talent for learning fast.

With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, dependable presence, Natasia supports both personal and business clients with exceptional care. She’s especially skilled at navigating complex business insurance needs and helping clients feel confident in their coverage.

Natasia is a proud mom to her 7 year old daughter and whether she’s learning a new system or solving a client’s problem, she’s all in. Her team counts on her for her positive energy, quick thinking and heartfelt dedication to every person she helps.

As our Executive Operations Coordinator, Brittney keeps the wheels turning with precision, heart and a keen eye for detail. She has a natural talent for problem-solving and brings that skill to everything she does. Originally from San Jose she earned her B.A. in Psychology on the East Coast before returning to California and settling on the beautiful Gold Coast. Now a proud Monterey local for the past seven years, Brittney keeps our team running smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not keeping the office on point, you can find her hiking local trails with her beloved dog Moonshine, tending her garden, or baking up something delicious.

Alisa brings a unique blend of construction knowledge and project management expertise to the Connally Insurance team. After relocating from Houston to Monterey in 2023, she quickly made an impact with her thoughtful approach, love for problem solving, and ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Her background helps her see the big picture and get the details right- a perfect fit for the world of insurance.

In addition to her work at the Connally Insurance Agency, Alisa is also a local business owner. She launched AMG Cyclery in Seaside in 2024- a bike sales and repair shop that reflects her passion for community, movement, and making things work.
